Shipping Policy

General Information

We aim to keep accurate stock levels on our website. Occasionally, items may go out of stock between your order and dispatch. If this happens, we’ll get in touch to discuss whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for any unfulfilled items.

Shipping Costs

Refer to our website for details of current shipping prices, which are subject to change without notice.

Dispatch & Handling Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

  • Our dispatch facility operates Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • All UK orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.

Delivery Times

  • UK & EU: Estimated delivery within 1–4 working days.

  • International: We are not currently shipping the Stealth Tracer or associated products to customers outside of the UK. Refer to our website for any change to this policy.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@stealthtracer.com. We can amend addresses any time before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@stealthtracer.com and we’ll investigate with the postal service.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation, along with any tracking information should this be available.

Returns Policy

Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).

A full refund, including standard delivery charges, will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s), provided the goods are unused, no install has been attempted and the device has not been activated nor registered to a Stealth Tracer user account.

In instances within the statutory 14 day period where the device has been installed and/or the Stealth Tracer device has been activated and registered to a Stealth Tracer user account, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the sum originally paid, including postage charges.

You will be expected to cover the cost of returning the device to us in full, unless the reason for return is a faulty device.

Stealth Tracer 21-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory Right to Cancel as outlined above, we offer an additional 7-day return window for customers who change their mind. To qualify:

  • The return must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging; no install has been attempted, and the device has not been activated nor registered to a Stealth Tracer user account.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We will refund the product value to your original payment method. Any paid shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Warranty & Faulty Product Returns

If your product develops a fault, please contact us at support@stealthtracer.com. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and arrange a return or replacement if necessary. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for details of our 2-year battery warranty.

  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will either replace it or refund you and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

  • Warranty assessments are usually completed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.

  • You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery outside of the statutory 14-day period.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Any item outside the extended 21-day return window.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has shipped, contact us immediately at support@stealthtracer.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns section above.

Return Shipping Info

  • Customers are responsible for full return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • We recommend using a tracked service. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
