How it works...
1. Choose your Package
Select from a single Stealth Tracer device or benefit from our multi-pack discounts. Then choose to add the extra protection benefits of one of our Stealth Sentinel packages, which include round-the-clock monitoring and an optional asset recovery service.
2. Getting Started
Once your order is processed by our team, we’ll send out your device in its premium softshell case (we strongly recommend you keep your case for future device replacements). Within the case, find the quick start guide & follow the steps to get set up.
3. Connect your Stealth Tracer Device to our free app
The Stealth Tracer app gives you peace of mind, giving you up to 6 updates daily on the location of your assets. Power on your device then follow the in-app instructions.
4. Install your Device
The compact nature and discreet design of the Stealth Tracer device mean it can be hidden in a multitude of vehicles and other assets. Because of its long battery life, it doesn’t require connection to an external power source nor regular removal for recharging, making it easy to ‘fit and forget’. It’s IP67 waterproof rated, too. Place it in a location within your selected asset where it is out of view, using our Fixings Kit accessory to secure it in place, and you’re done. View our FAQs to find out more information.
5. Set Your Configurable Daily Updates
Your device and app setup process will automatically apply what we recommend as the optimal configuration for theft recovery and battery life conservation. However, you can choose to increase (or reduce) the frequency of daily location reports within the app to suit your own personal preferences and needs.
6. Set your Safe Addresses
Within the app, you can add a number of ‘SAFE Addresses’ where your assets are usually located. Then, using GPS geofencing, your Stealth Tracer will raise the alarm if your protected assets have moved location away from one of these addresses since the last update, and prompt you with a ‘CHECK’ push notification, in case a theft has actually occurred.
7. Your options for Theft Recovery
Once Theft Mode is activated, your app will stop displaying your asset’s location for your own personal safety - recovering stolen property is best left in the hands of professionals. Contact our Stealth Sentinel Support team, and choose from either a warm handover to your local Police force, or whether you want to mobilise our own recovery team.
